We all want a tight toned body especially a flat stomach but there are actually few who dedicate and commit to achieve results. To be fair its not exactly all your fault there is so much misinformation regarding weight loss and fat loss around us its overwhelming and confusing to say the least.
You should not aim at not just getting abs or flat stomach rather invest in your health and fitness on the long term and regarding that let me break it down for you it can not be achieved by some magic pill or potion.
You eat clean you train regularly even 25 minutes a day 5 days a week is more than enough and you will see results.

What workouts I recommend?
Initially i started with Turbulence training by craig ballantyne and it is a decent workout and is a more tradional workout approach such as interval training on treadmill or cycle etc and weight training such as curls, squats etc. I got quite good results with it as well but i changed my workout to challenge myself.
My Favorite workout and which is absolutely amazing and believe me you will not at all be bored or disappointed with these workouts are INSANITY by SHAUN. T. I have done insanity, ayslum vol 1 & vol 2 and FOCUS T25 nowadays .These got be the biggest results and the key to this is diet that goes without saying. Diet plays a major role just stick with the diet plan as included in shaun t's workout and you will see results its just a matter of 10 weeks and you will be surprised with the results you can achieve.
The workouts are fun and challenging and the nutrition guide is easy and simple to follow just a little dedication and commitment can take you a very long way.
If you need inspiration, well if these guys and girls can achieve results like these then you can too, remember that the only thing holding you back is yourself.
